Lead redesign process of global bonus processes as well as managing end-to-end testing. Configured pre-production tenant, created Knowledge Transfer materials and coached junior resources to complete delivery.

Workday Advanced Compensation Phase X implementation for a global food manufacturing client, building a new global annual salary review process for the organisation. Worked across both the Engagement Manager and Advanced Compensation roles, initially building the plan for the project before taking over the lead for delivery, completing the complex design work, building the configuration and supporting with defect resolution and testing. Supported up until production build before handing over.

Worked with the Payroll teams in the UK and US, developing delivery and cutover plans, defining testing strategies and criteria, managing tenants and building status reports for the client.

Built bespoke spreadsheet templates for enhanced offline processes. First-of-a-kind project for OSV.

Initial Workday (Launch) implementation for UK financial company. Created simple but comprehensive Advanced Compensation solution vastly under budget and ahead of schedule for new OSV client. Also ensured all core compensation configuration was completed to a high standard, supporting an analyst to complete activities and providing key mentoring on a vast range of topics. Received strong feedback from a challenging PM, who called out the quality with which these workstreams were run.

Provided 2 weeks of cover and support for testing on an Advanced Compensation phase x implementation for an existing UK insurance client. Rectified a number of defects and acted as a point of contact for the client during the cover period, successfully interpreting a colleague's solution and ensuring continuity of service for the client throughout the project, leading to a slew of perfect NPS scores upon project completion.
